C12-15 Alcohol Benzoate: skin conditioning agent; an emollient.
Ceteareth-20: Surfactant; emulsifying agent; and also as a solubilizing agent.
Cetearyl Alcohol: Used
as a surfactant; emulsifying agent; emulsion stabilizer, skin conditioning agent, also as a surfactant foam booster.
Cetyl Alcohol: A very mild emollient and secondary emulsifier used in cosmetics. A white,
waxy product, it is derived from naturally occurring fatty acids, such as palmetic acid, or spermaceti. It is extremely milky and can be taken internally. It is used in many types of pharmaceuticals.
Diazolidinyl Urea: A preservative used in skin care products.
Dimethicone: Antifoaming agent, emollient and moisturizer used in skin care products.

presence in the formula does not mean that the product itself will be irritating. Tea, when properly reacted with stearic acid or other fatty acids forms an extremely mild emulsifying agent.
